“Been with White Swan for years — caring teachers and beautiful performances.”
Nearly 30 years, 400+ dancers
Founded nearly 30 years ago by Mrs. Ula, White Swan Academy has grown into a roughly 400-student studio serving the greater West Orange area from Ocoee. The curriculum is broad — ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, acro, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and musical theatre — plus Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) for strength and control. Classes span creative movement for toddlers as young as 18 months through pre-professional levels and adults, so families can stay with one studio across many years.
The academy has been Voted Best of Florida — Dance for four consecutive years (2022-2025) and is known for community-facing performances, including an annual outdoor Nutcracker Story in Windermere alongside spring recitals. Its philosophy pairs technical training with confidence-building and artistic expression, and enrichment options such as French language (with music instruction listed as coming soon) round out the offering. It's a versatile pick for West Orange families wanting depth across many styles under one roof.
