Social ballroom with a showman's touch
VM Ballroom Dance Studios in Lake Mary has built one of the largest review bases in the region — more than 350 reviews at a 4.9 rating — which is notable for an independent, non-franchise studio. It was founded around instructor Vard Margaryan, who has appeared on America's Got Talent, and the studio leans into the social and partnership side of ballroom, with an emphasis on students actually getting out and dancing at parties, showcases, and special events.
The program welcomes all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to more advanced dancers, and offers an introductory package of private half-hour lessons to get started. Wedding services are a highlight, covering both the couple's first dance and full wedding-party choreography. For the Lake Mary, Heathrow, and Seminole County crowd, VM offers a lively, performance-flavored take on ballroom that balances technique with the fun of social dancing.
