“I came in with zero experience and they built me up gently. Aerial silks has become my favorite workout.”
Aerial arts for every age and ability
Orlando Aerial Arts, located on Kingspointe Parkway near the International Drive corridor, specializes in aerial silks, aerial lyra, and aerial hammock — the acrobatic, apparatus-based movement disciplines that sit at the intersection of dance, gymnastics, and circus. The studio makes a point of accessibility, welcoming students of all ages and abilities with 'no prior skill or fitness level required,' which is reflected in its 4.6 rating across 54 reviews.
What distinguishes the studio is its range of ambition: classes span from complete beginners all the way to expert level, and even include options for kids, so it serves both the adult who wants a novel fitness challenge and the student aiming to 'create a career in the circus arts.' Registration is handled online, and all participants complete an age-appropriate waiver before their first class. For anyone drawn to aerial movement rather than partner or floor dance, its central location near the tourist district makes it one of the most convenient specialist studios in the metro.
