“A welcoming, family-focused studio with serious training. Our dancer has thrived both recreationally and on the competition team.”
From casual classes to elite competition
Esprit Performing Arts is a family-focused studio in Auburndale, positioned between Orlando and Tampa, that spans the full range from casual recreational classes to elite competitive training. Recreational classes start at age three, while the competitive Esprit Team travels to competitions and conventions, with a dedicated awards program and a regular schedule of events. Drop-in classes for intermediate and elite dancers, flexible summer scheduling, and a homeschool track give families several ways to plug in.
Musical theater shows up most directly in the studio's summer programming, with camps built around Broadway titles such as Singin' in the Rain, giving younger performers a taste of theatrical staging alongside their technique work. Guest instructors regularly introduce new styles, and an annual recital gives every student a performance goal. With a near-perfect rating, Esprit has earned a strong reputation in the eastern Polk County area as a welcoming, well-run home for dancers who want both recreational fun and a real competitive pathway.
