Overcome your fears, one class at a time
Escape Aerial Sports, on Green Palm Lane in Kissimmee, is a pole and aerial studio that pairs a perfect 5.0 rating (50 reviews) with a distinctly welcoming philosophy: it emphasizes an inclusive, non-judgmental environment built around helping students build confidence and 'overcome their fears.' That mission-first tone, plus bilingual instruction in both Spanish and English, makes it especially accessible to the diverse Kissimmee community.
The curriculum centers on pole dance, lyra (aerial hoop), and flexibility training, along with 'poleography' classes that layer choreography onto pole technique for a more performance-oriented experience. All experience levels are welcome. New students can try a one-hour introductory pole, lyra, or flexibility class for $40, and the studio offers multiple formats — in-person classes, online sessions, and dedicated flexibility classes held Mondays and Thursdays evenings. Its location off the tourist corridor makes it a convenient option for south-Orlando and Kissimmee residents wanting a serious yet supportive entry into aerial arts.
